1. Nature of Service

CollabHub is a matchmaking platform for the automotive automation industry. We provide:

• A network for verified companies to discover each other
• Tools to publish and respond to project opportunities
• Messaging functionality for direct communication

2. User Obligations

By using CollabHub, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful company information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes
• Not misrepresent your company's capabilities or credentials
• Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
• Not use the platform for illegal activities

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to CollabHub (company profiles, project descriptions, documents, messages).

By uploading content, you grant CollabHub a license to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the right to share it.

4. Company Verification

CollabHub verifies companies before granting full platform access. Verification may include review of:

• Business registration documents
• Domain ownership
• Professional credentials

Verification indicates that basic checks have been completed. It does not constitute an endorsement of any company's work quality, financial status, or suitability for any particular project.

5. Limitation of Liability

CollabHub provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy of information provided by other users
• The quality or outcome of any business relationship
• The reliability or suitability of any company on the platform
• Continuous or uninterrupted access to the platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollabHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction with other users.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

CollabHub offers subscription plans for enhanced platform access. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges according to your selected billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Payments are processed by Stripe. CollabHub does not store your payment card information.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@collabhub.tech.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
